They are claiming they are collecting for Telkom yet I owe Telkom nothing

I keep getting harassed by this company for the Telkom account which was closed years back , I recently went to Telkom to find out about this debt which is ********** they confirmed I don’t owe them anything I don’t know where they got my details from
