Theft

I was paying an account for almost a year. The account was removed from Hammond Pole, yet they never notified me and just happily took my monthly payments. I am unable to get any assistance in reallocating or reimbursing the ****** funds. They refuse to assist with proof that the bank allocated them as a provider
