You , your colleagues and **** company is a ****. You failed to provide me with a paid up letter now you all are CONTINUING to HARASS me with emails and adding additional costs.

This account was for my mother 's vodacom which with the 25% discount came to R2851, 51 which I paid in full and sent the proof of payment. Yet, all of a sudden you people start sending emails that the account has not been paid. I have all the emails as proof how *********** you are and that I have paid the account. You can't provide me with a reason for added payments, you can't provide a paid up letter, you can't acknowledge all the conversations and the proof of payment I have sent to you and your numerous colleagues.
