The definition of unprofessional

I paid my account in full last year, sent about 30 emails between December and January requesting a statement and letter for confirmation. With no response from them. My requests were sent on email as well as their Whatsapp line. The consultant on Whatsapp kept telling me the sms's are a mistake and that I don't owe them anything. Today I received an email saying that they are going to hand me over for the fees owed to them. I didn't receive one notification that I owed them anything. These people must be reported to someone. Who's to say they actually pay our accounts??
