Terrible Terrible Misleading "Legal Fees"

<p>I had an account with Vodacom which I failed to pay on time and it was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys which I managed to pay in full after I have requested the settlement amount and was issued with a paid-up letter</p> <p>I requested the settlement amount from the Attorneys, which they gave me and the account was settled in February 2016 in full and I also received settlement letter.<br />Now in June 2016 I get a call from the same Attorneys advising me that I have to pay legal fees.<br />My question is, why when I requested a settlement amount I was never told of the legal fees, and why did I get a settlement letter if the account was not paid in full if I still had to pay legal fees.</p> <p><br />Please advice if this is legal because I fail to understand, my account was settled in February 2016 and only now in June 2016 they call me to tell me about the legal outstanding fees.</p>
