Terrible service

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a transferring attorney! Registration should have taken place at the end of October 2020, but due to Rates Clearance certificates and Bank proceeds not requested for, after I have been told all was done, registration only took place a month later. I am still waiting for the transfer of the Municipality account to be done (thabazimbi), after once again I was promised it was done on the 1st of December just to follow up and only get sent the proof that it was only done on the 8th. The staff is rude when you follow up on empty promises and the senior partner Brendan never comes back to you on why things have not been done! But they are quick to want payment this I can assure you!
