Terrible Service

<p>I have been recieving sms's from Hammond Pole inc saying my name will be put under credit beurea and when I call following up on the account, the first guy I spoke to is not even aware of the account and says I am under Debt Review when I question him more about the account he hung up on me, U called again only to speak to a very rude Mr Tshediso Tsosane spoke to me very rudely and will not tell me about the account I am owing until I hung up... I will not let a consultant be rude, why do they ask us to call them if they are not even able to speak and help the customer.. To my surprise he already knew who he was speaking too and **** that my phone details are registered where as I was not even using my phone.... He is not suitable to work for such a company and as a customer service, bringing the company to shame.. I need them to deal with my matter accordingly.</p>
