Terrible Experience

<p>My Vodacom acc was handed over to these guys, and my experience with them has been horrible.</p> <p>They gave me a settlement amount to be paid by ***6, i paid and faxed proof on the same day. I've never heard from them after that. When i try to follow up on the settlement letter they always take my details down for the lady i've been communicating with to call me. I have never gotten a call from either her or any of them concerning the letter, i've sent countless emails, i've called to no avail.</p> <p>They'll always refer me to her and she's never available to take my calls or return my emails. </p> <p>This company is pathetic and unprofessional, they have no regard for customers.</p> <p> </p>
