Super disgusted... What a terrible experience with HP Attorney

What a bunch of rude people! You know it's an actual person that you are talking to and not a computer, right? Ive been asking and begging for banking details.. eventually sent a whatsapp out of desperation with my ref number. The guy doesnt even say hi or anything..just threats. Really? All you care about it money... I am a human being and a little courtesy and friendliness wont cost you a thing!!!! Perhaps if you are a bit more friendly to people who owe you money, you might be more successful. Now there's a thought!
