Struggling to get Statement of account

I had a Nedbank vehicle finance. My account was handed over to Hammond Pole Inc. I made arrangements for payment - I have been paying for over 2 years now and no clarity of how much I owe. I have contacted their offices to get a statement of account with no success as the amount given to me over the phone does not correspond with my calculations.I just need to get a statement of account sent through to me.
