stop treating debtors like animals when they need clarity

i have been verbaly abused by samuel mahlangu becuase i asked for clarity for my account . i will be briging this into fnbs attention and will continue to post until people are treated fairly, samuel mahlangu opted to call and shout at me when i needed clarity . i also need to mention that Julia has taken over and handling the request with profesionalism
