****** installment to FNB credit card

I made an arrangement 2 years ago to start paying off an old FNB credit card monthly until I can afford to settle in full. According to Experian no payment has been received by FNB. I will be taking this case to FNB directly and I expect an explanation as to where my monthly payments went
