STILL NOT PROCESSED

I am currently using the services of Hammond Pole and the case handler is Sonja Geyer. It has now been 16 Months and the house transfer is still not completed. After my lost connection with Ms Sonja she has made a promise to email me with the current status of my transfer. Up to date no clear dates and times have been given. She is unable to tell me how long the process will take to complete leaving me to wonder if Hammond Pole is capable of handling transfers honestly and effectively.
