Standard Bank Bond Cancellation Department

Hammond Pole closed offices today 21 December, while being on the panel for Standard Bank while registration on a matter is pending in die Deeds Office. The result is that 3 transactions cannot continue, with 3 parties being left hanging and with the consequence that occupational rent is payable! This is unacceptable behaviour from attorneys on the bank's panel
