shocking service from Hammond Pole representative - totally unprofessional.

shocking service and bad attitude - today I was contacted by Gugu from Hammond pole attorneys who advised that I have an outstanding account with MTN and that she had emailed me statements in June 2017 and that I have not responded - I then responded by saying that if you have sent me statements since June 2017 and I have not responded why then did you not call me. Gugu responded by saying you are not my client and that I know that I have an outstanding debt that I need to pay. After explaining to her that I have an existing MTN account my monthly payments are processed via debit order and that I have never had a debit order returned she was totally rude and put the phone down on me. She did not give me a chance to advise her that on the 11th July 2017 I received a call from Mr Khumbuza who advised that there been an error and that the account has been sent back to MTN - he also confirmed that Guga was aware of this. I have personally called MTN and they don't seem to have any issues with my account.
