Shocking Experience with Hammond Pole

An absolutely shocking experience!!! Hammond Pole handled my outstanding debt with FNB. I eventually got in a better financial situation and managed to pay off my outstanding debt. From settlement letters received, I have made the exact payments on time - Last year August and October. After numerous request for paid up letters, constant email communications I am still without proof of payment. Also discovered today (3 months later) that Hammond Pole never informed FNB of my payments, and over charged me by R6600!!! I received email confirmation that I should go to FNB and sort it out directly with them. It is absolutely shocking to think that such a big Financial Institution can deal with such an ***********, unprofessional company. I could never recommended any company or individual to deal or trust Hammond Pole in any way!
