SETTLEMENT LETTER CAPITEC LOAN

I have been requesting my paid up letter from Hammond Pole attorneys since November last year till today i haven't received it. I paid my Capitec loan from them but still today when i call Hammond Pole they say they waiting for Capitec to send them the Letter.
