Trying to get a fully paid up letter for an account settled on 30.08.2022, Its a mere R360.00 - paid, POP sent and did a "pay and clear" to expedite funds from FNB to ABSA, ask twice daily for this letter but nothing. This R360.00 is holding up a deal of in excess of 300K , please get the letter to me, why can I be hounded for R360.00 but cant be given the proof its paid ? Matter Number: HP***
