Say that they try & contact U, but no effort made

FNB handed my account over to these bunch of sharks instead of resolving the problem. Now im dealing with ppl that lie by saying that they have tried to get hold of me but no effort is made to even pick up a phone and actually call the person. no they just send a message that there is a summons out for me, after i have made payment arrangements with them and been paying it for the past 4 months. its really getting beyond stupid that you have to keep saying the same thing to their agents. cause clearly their systems do not work on the same net work :-(.<br> <br> when you try and call them you are on hold for over an hour and it just rings. this is crazy.<br> <br> they are the worst ppl to deal with, its as if they employed primary school kids to handle their accounts.
