Sad slow service....

I had an account in arrears at Hammond Pole witch I paid in full and asked for a letter from the manager so that I am able to rent an apartment. I asked the manager very nicely to send me the letter as this is an urgent matter with out that letter I am unable to rent the apartment and the roof over my head depends on that.<br> <br> After a number of call to and from them I missed the opportunity of a place to rent and is now forced to spend every night at a friend or a guest house.<br> <br> I spoke with the manager that did confirm that my account is paid in full yet I still get E-Mails from their office stating that I still owe them money???<br> <br> Today is 2 weeks after I started looking for this letter from them and yet no one has come back to me with even a simple mail stating that they are busy with this matter.<br> <br> I want to get my letter stating that this account is paid in full and I want confirmation that my account is settled !!! <br> <br>
