Rude staff. No statement to handed over account

I cnnot understand an instituin that demand payment and when you request a statement the consultant advise that he is not working for me or MTN. I have on numerous times requested that I be sent a statement of making to track progress of the R300 monthly payments I have been making.

I want my statement detailin payments made, interest charged or any miscellaneous charges on my account.

I will not be verblly disrespected or abused by a consultant rather MTN move my account to other debt collectors. Hammond Pole is pathetic and I have had it!
