RUDE OBNOXIOUS AND UNCARING STAFF

On several occasions have I dealt with this company only because my husband is now unemployed and battling to pay bills. I have taken it upon myself to assist and have had to split payments. Today a Rude women, because I was so cross re her obnoxious rude behaviour I put the phone down. If you cannot employ proper staff that know how to deal with the public and have a heart then do not deal with me. I have continually stayed in contact with WILLIAM SIKHOSANA who assured me all was ok and what we agreed on was agreed. Now this rude woman calls me HAMMOND AND POLE GET YOUR STAFF SAME TRAINING IN HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC. I SEE THERE ARE COMPLAINTS ALREADY. SHOCKING
