Rude, disrespectful employee

<p>I called in last week regarding my vodacom account to their legal department considering i had been under debt review and now have withdrawn and i was told my account is with DCA and when i called DCA i was told it is with Hammond considering i wanted the account closed as it was still showing an open status on the bureaus... ended up calling Hammond and spoke to a guy that gave me an email address to email my statement that shows my 0 balance and i did so. i then waited for them to get back to me but they didnt so i called again yesterday morning and a lady said they will check it out and get back to me but the day went by with no one calling then i received a call and i told that guy that i am actually waiting for a lady to call me regarding the account and he said okay he thought i havent spoken to anyone as yet. Today i recieve a call from a lady called Asnath Mokhudu... with attitude she talks without even giving me a chance to speak i finally get a chance and explain myself she then tells me it is not true i have never spoken to them and "she confidently knows so" i explain again but she still insists i have never made contact ... she got me so angry... i had to go and look for the email that i sent last week friday and it to her as proof.. i mean she has just portrayed me as a **** or accused me of such which i find very disrespectful in all kinds of manners. Even after she had seen the email i was tellin her about she still ignores that fact and didnt acknowledge her mistake. </p> <p> Asnath Mokhudu Should change her way of thinking.</p> <p>Just because at some point in life someone went through financial problems it does not mean she should disrespect and take people anyhow.</p>
