Rude call centre agents

I am in disbelief with the service I got from 2 agents at Hammond pole attorneys this morning,the first one is Sithembile Mahlangu who shouted at me and dropped the call in my ear, I then called back to report this and spoke to a "Mrs de ****" who refused to give me her first name,she was not interested to anything I had to say all she kept on saying is that she is not going to give me her name and will not tolerate me,she will just drop that call.Funny that I got Sithembile's last name from her but did not want to give me her first name.Is that how call centre agents are told to deal with people now because they were just shouting and plain rude with no care in the world.
