Rude agent

Morning…. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against one of your staff member Samantha( Didn’t want to tell me her surname) Who was extremely rude in dealing with my query, kept on cutting me when I was explaining myself. Had the audacity to say “I must say if I don’t want to pay”. I need this agent to be disciplined because she gave contradicting information, Saying my total balance owing is R12000-something but on the *** whatsapp number it says I owe a total balance of : R11 641.57

She further said they have been sending me emails regarding my account, but that’s a lie, there has been no email until now recently on the 10-01-2020.. Could This agent get proper training on the job because clearly she has no customer service and not efficient at her work. Please get back to me with clear information regarding my account!!!
