ROTTEN SERVICE!!!!!

I have been under debt review for nearly 9 years. Unfortunately debt review failed me as debt counsellor was not allocating payments properly. This led to an account of mine been handed over to Hammond Pole Inc account reference HP ********** . H&P contacted me in April and informed me that debt review for this account has been terminated.. From the onset I fully co operated with H&P. Initially we agreed that I would make payments of R420.00 over a period of 10 months. A month later I spoke to H&P ans increase payment to R1500.00 to speed up settlement of the account. The account has been paid up in full on 25 August already. All I need from them is a paid up letter confirming debt is paid up and account is closed. The call centre agent I am dealing with Thabo Mdlankomo ignores my calls and emails claiming letter has been requested but two weeks later still no paid up letter. Mails and calls constantly ignored. I dont think I am been unreasonable.
