HP Attorneys has been sitting with my FNB loan account for years now since 2014 with out me knowing or my consent contacting me. U was paying the account with Nimble collection service. I came to my last settlement payment on my account. The account just vanished no one knew where this account was not Nimble collection service nor FNB loans I tried making contact to get this account up to date numerous times. I was told that maybe the account was written off. In 2020 due to the pandemic My Nedbank personal loan was given over to HP Attorneys. Upon settling my Nedbank loan. I then discovered that HP Attorneys as been sitting with my FNB loan account all these years and did not even try to contact me. Now my credit report is a mess because of this loan. What did we as consumers do to deserve this treatment all we doing is trying to pay our debt and some of the creditors just want to keep down.
