<p>hi, I admit that I went through a bad patch in business and my Vodacom accounts sussended and handed over to Hammond Pole for collection, the amount outstanding has been settled in full and a touch more,</p> <p>I have overpaid Vodacom, when ever I query a refund with Vodacom, they advise " Legal" I have sent 3 maybe 4 emails to Hammond Poole, all have been read but NOT one response, amazing when you owe them money its a twice weekly reminder, in my case when I request a refund I hear "nothing" switched to MTN ********** 633</p>
