Representative lies

I got an offer to settle an account from a Innocent Madisha. I then received an email from another representative with a settlement as well but this one was much less than the previous amount. Also Innocent insisted that I pay this in one month, but the other representative allowed me to pay this over 2 months (initially gave me the option to pay in 3 months before I asked).<br> Then I told Innocent and he insisted that this was wrong, I called their office and spoke to another representative who confirmed that innocent had been lying to me. Innocent then promised to call but kept making excuses about how my office land line must've been put on \Silent". He did not call as all calls always go through and I tested this myself too.
