PUTRID SERVICE - FROM AN ATTORNEYS OFFICES

If I could give negative stars I would.

In 2018 I unfortunately lost my job which made it difficult to re pay my accounts. One of my accounts landed up at HP Attorneys because of none payment. April 2019, after threatening letters of summon's I made arrangements to make a settlement payment once off.

This payment was made as agreed on the amount and I was told that within 5 days I would receive my settled letter, and the matter would be done.

It is 2020 September and I have sent emails and calls on numerous occasions with empty promises and then last month, August 2020 to be told there is still an outstanding amount of R449 which was still due before I received my letter. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told this woman was the manager whom I was speaking with, but with so much attitude and no regard for the fault her company has made nor the situation I was in with my credit record because of their lack of professionalism.

It has been a week later, and still I have not heard a peep from the company, when I was promised I would get a email on Monday 31st August 2020 with my settled letter.

I have had enough. I will be taking this further from here. Even if it means I have to seek legal assistance.

To top it all off, I paid that amount of R449 to ensure this matter was corrected, even though it was not my fault AT ALL.
