Promise to call me back everyday but never did

Hi<br> <br> My Capitec account was currently re-handed (If i may say so). I called to ask them to send me my balance/statement or just proof reflecting my current balance so that i know what i am supposed to pay.<br> <br> I have been calling Hammond Pole for three days now but does not get any assistance. They just keep on promising to call me back but never did. Can somebody please help me.....
