Prescibed Debt

Was called by one of your consultants today about a Fnb credit card that was prescribed. Was treatend that i don't have to do anything and i need to give my address so that a new contract can be signed. I dont have a FNB credit card. The last time i had one and made any payments on one was in 2009. I have phoned FNB and they confirmed this. Stop trying to collect prescribed money and treating people.
