Prejudiced & Biased Attitude

I received a phone call at home from Ms Lukeru with regards to my husband's prior business account with Absa. I emailed all the relevant information to her and a document to the email address she actually spelled for me. I furthermore asked her for the alleged signed Surety form which she claimed my husband signed. Her attitude is we must get it from the bank. I have not had a response from her. In the meantime she is continually harassing my husband with her obnoxious and prejudiced attitude and threatening him that she is starting legal procedures without giving him the time or opportunity to deal with the situation. She refuses to listen to any reason. As the lawyer of Absa bank it is their obligation to require the said document from their client and forward this to my husband. She refuses to do so and keeps telling him he must do it. I have sent numerous emails this morning and requested delivery reports and read receipts. I have received delivery reports that the emails were delivered but she has not acknowledge reading them. I feel this is done on purpose and is a racialist conduct on her behalf. I need someone to deal with this matter in a non Prejudiced attitude.
