Poor Service - Consultants with attitudes

I have paid my account in full a month ago and I have still not received a settlement letter , this negatively impacting my credit score and my ability to buy a house, I need this to be cleared urgently as it is totally unacceptable to be waiting so long and to have my credit impacted so badly I want to be compensated for the inconvenience and empty promises that was made as this has a heavy impact on my life
