Poor service and bad account maintenance
I received a letter from Hammond Pole for a Vodacom account that has been handed over. I requested the contact number of the Vodacom account from both Hammond Pole as well as Vodacom but not one of the companies can assist me in advising what the numbers are for the handed over account as I am not aware of the account. How can an account be handed over but have no solid evidence of what the contact number is relating to the account.
