Poor feedback from service

I had ask to make an arrangement of payment, yesterday and I was required to pay an amount of 1000.00 to show commitment to pay. But no one got back to me, several attempt's I tried to reach out for payment confirmation and an arrangement letter. Which till now no one has assisted me.
