Poor customer service

I have settled my account with Hammond Pole attorneys last month on the 16-07-2021. On the 31-07-2021 they decided to debit out my account R500 I tried to call them and they said that my bank needs to do reversal while they know that it's a Debi check. Since today I have not received my R500 back and tired of calling after them for my R500
