Poor communication between cellc and HP attorneys

I am so sick and tired of this problem they call me endlessly even after I settled my account in full with cellc I contacted the WhatsApp number and sending emails back and forth I even attached my Bank statement as proof of payment but still I keep getting calls,SMS's and emails now they asking who did I arrange a payment with I never made any arrangements with anyone because cellc has take the money I owed I'm really sick and tired!!!!!!
