Pathetic Service from the FNB division of Hammond Pole

Hammond Pole's FNB Collection Division is beyond PATHETIC. Every single month I make payment and keep getting threatening emails and text messages stating "non-payment".......... Every month I keep sending the proof of payment over and over up to 6 times.... still the payments do not seem to be allocated. Every single person makes empty promises. I am at the point where I have asked numerous times via email and phone calls for an updated statement with opening balance, all payments listed and closing balance on the account. Not a single person at Hammond Pole's FNB division ever gets back to me or does as promised. How can I keep making payment if I do not even know if the money is allocated against my account? Unacceptable!!!
