Pathetic service

This company is really pathetic, they quick to call every month to make sure im paying my account but once ive settled my account no one gets back to a person. Its been 4 weeks since ive settled my account and still no one has send me a settlement letter. Ive phoned nearly R200.00 worth of airtime out on them and send numerous emails and still no one is sending me a settlement letter or my statement of the last 2 years that ive requested. And not even to mention the rude attitude of the staff at Hammond Pole.
