Pathetic Service and Unprofessional staff

<p>I would like to express utter disgust at Samantha Olge for her unprofessional service at Hammondpole Attorneys. She called numerous times stating that my account with vodacom was not settled. After sending her the proof of payment that the account was settled TWICE she still failed to sort the problem out and requested a settlement for a THIRD time promising that the account would finally be settled and canceled. After making payment for the THIRD time , there is no acknowledgment of receipt of payment and no notification that the account is canceled and settled. When I try to call, Samantha is NEVER available and NEVER RESPONDS to emails! Her colleagues do not assist with the problem in any way as they keep saying they "Do not have access " to Be able to assist me. There is not even a SLIGHT effort in ATTEMPTING to solve the problem. After settling the account for the THIRD time I still get sms's saying that the account is outstanding!!! The service is highly pathetic. They also billed me on their legal fees when I firstly did not appoint them to sort my matter out and secondly did not NEED to appoint them as my account was ALREADY settled last year! Highly unprofessional, unfriendly and ********* behavior! </p>
