PATHETIC SERVICE

I settled my loan account with your bank however it is proving to be impossible to get settlement letter. The matter was handed over to Hammond Pole attorneys however I have now settled all the dues but it is proving to be another mission to get my name cleared on ITC. I can't get help from both NEDBANK AND HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS . I am starting to think this is deliberate delays from both the bank and Hammond Pole Attorneys.
