Pathetic and dishonest company

I have been receiving threatening sms's for months now for an MTN account that is up to date. I have tried to get proof of the so called arrears from the call center agents and via email. Emails are not answered because they do not want written proof of their dishonesty by trying to force people to money that does not exist. The call center refuses to send any statements but rudely states that no matter what I must pay and just keep quiet. Even though I have send proof that my account at MTN is not in arrears.

They are ****** and it looks like they are in the business of ******ing money from innocent people.
