Pathetic

Struggling since November for my letter that my debt is paid. They said they would mail the letter to help u debt , they told me i do not have to pay anything, but help u debt said i must pay almost R2000 for the clearance certificate for my name to be cleared. This people don't know what they are doing, cant even respond to my mails, first must lose my **** before the so anything. Please go ans listen to the voice recordings. I am fed up with this people. Its their fault for not doing there job properly, they just want money even after i have paid everything, the must tell their client that im not gonna pay . I have waited long enough
