Pathetic!!!!
Pathetic! I am still waiting for basically everything... Paid my account monthly NEVER got a statement... NEVER got a phone call.... I stopped paying after R7700... After struggling for weeks to get hold of them I got a consultant... Who told me I over paid.. They need to pay me back and will send the updateded documents to me to go and close my account. Waited a week... Called in same story updated my details 3 times.... And all 3 times the phone gets cut.... Not even an attempt to call back? And... I still don't have my documents.... Can one of your consultants do their jobs and get back to me????
