Paid up loan, handed to the lawyers

FNB handed my account over to HP Attorneys and when they contacted me I advise them that I have already made an arrangement with FNB and they must contact them because they are debiting my account monthly, therefore I won't be able to make arrangement with FNB and then with them again, I can only pay one entity, the lady by the name of Yvonne Mokwatsa from Hammond said I must forward her my statement from FNB and I did that and she never came back to me regarding the matter. Now I have settled my account with FNB and the lawyers are harassing me saying I still owe them more than R30k. Somebody somewhere between this two companies didn't do his job and I am not going to suffer because of their incompetency. Yvonne please sort this. I can't pay R80k for a R40k loan, it's insane!
