Paid up lettet

I have been deeling with a lady regaurding my debt which i incurred during my divorce.. Trying to get receipts of payment has been a night mare... I finally was able to settle my full outstanding amount a week ago. Now trying to get a paid up letter is some thing else.. I called the offices and was told it will take two months to get a paid up lettet. What a load of BS
