PAID-UP Letter - NOT FORTHCOMING

I have paid in full the agreed settlement amount on an FNB Credit Card. I was assured a PAID-UP Letter would be issued. After numerous attempts via emails, phone calls and messages on their WhatsApp Business line, I have received nothing but frustration from these so called HAMMOND POLE ATTORNEYS acting on behalf of FNB. I am now forced to contact the NCR. Wish me luck!
