Paid up letter

I am so disgusted with the way in which these people handle business, i have fully paid them, not i want a settlement letter which is urgent and i have been waiting for it for ****** 3 weeks now, like ***, i keep speaking to different people mbali( who kept me on hold for 30min, im using my airtime nogal), tamera, Julia and luyanda, no one can ****en send me the paid up letter. they keep saying 3 days every ****en week for 3 weeks now. for something so simple haibo.... im beyond livid. someone do something
