Paid up letter

Payment was made on the 20 October 2022 to them and appeared on my account on the 25 October i still have not receive my paid up letter and I was told that it will take 7 to 14 working days but still today and I cant apply for the job because I was on Debt Review , they cant issue me clearance certificate because of the flag that is on my history.
